Bio: I'm a full time soldier for the US Army currently stationed in Germany (Wiesbaden) working in the IT field. I guess I've always been into art and photography for as long as I can remember and have been doing my best to express my visions in those areas for about as long. I'm really into Photoshop and while I'm not the best I'm constantly learning new styles and tricks every day which better my ability to represent my visions to others. I'm always looking to work with other Photographers, Artists, and models in my area so if anyone is interested please feel free to make contact. Same girl different pose, a little different style for this one. I'm currently working with the staff at the Wiesbaden Army Airfield Fitness Center to document the efforts of some amazing instructors who assist our community with all of our fitness needs. This is an image of Dawn Dotson who is a very kind and amazing instructor who teaches YOGA at the gym. Image shot with Nikon D300 Number 3 in the new series First I would like to thank Jessica Truscott at DeviantART for the stock image of the model ( Bells Falls34 ). Her work is AMAZING and everyone should check out her site at ( faestock.deviantart.com/ ) The remaining shots were my own stock images taken in both Rota Spain for the beach/ocean shots and here in Germany for the buildings and clouds. The rest is basic Photoshop work in CS2. My Stock was taken with a Nikon D300 and a Sigma 10-20mm lens I hope everyone likes it... Model Credit goes to Rammkitty from DeviantART ( http://rammkitty-stock.deviantart.com/ ) After I spent a couple hours on the version in color I figured I would take a different look at the image and pull some of the boldness out of the image. It has a very different look to it and feels really nice. I think I like this one better but needed to post both for feedback. I highly suggest checking out the site for Rammkitty, her stock photos are amazing and worth using in your artwork. Be sure to give her credit...she's awesome! Another image in the series, I hope everyone likes them Believe it or not, this started off as a grill off of an old vintage automobile. With some tweaking with actions in Photoshop it grew into something else. 3 original images more or less to make this design. Stock model image found on Advanced Photoshop Magazine CD. Textures and brushes are my own works I've seen so many images with the shattering effect these days that I figured I would give it a try with my own little tweak. I used the model image "Urban_nomad_stock_22_by_Tigg_stock" from Tigg-Stock on DeviantART which can be found here: ( tigg-stock.deviantart.com/ ) The remaining stock and effects are my own. There are over 78 layers in this image. I tried to make her look a bit more angelic with a shock wave blasting through her. Designed for the Mini Cooper (minispace) website contest titled Studio shot of my wife worked in Photoshop CS2. 3rd image in the mini space contest. Had a typo in the text so it's fixed and on the site again. The second in the new series. Pictures from around town and the car is from a show last year here in Germany at Ramstein AB. Model Credit goes to Rammkitty from DeviantART ( http://rammkitty-stock.deviantart.com/ ) I spent a couple hours on this in an attempt to bring out an 80's style pop feel with geometric shapes, blending, and a couple new tricks artists seem to use these days. This image was designed for the Photoshop Creative November 2008 Forum Challenge. The catch word was Another image created in my new style. A lot of custom brush work here Yet another design created for the mini space image contest. This one was done with custom brushes and a couple wet media ones as well. Over all the image is rather simple yet there's a lot going on in there and I love the overall feeling of the image. An image I made with pictures from Photoshop Creative magazine issue 38 Readers Challenge section. This was my second design for the Mini Cooper design contest. A bit more GREEN than the first one, ha ha ha.
